Basic Lawn Program
We like to keep it simple. Our five applications of slow release fertilize, complete insect control and lime will supply all the nutrients and preventives your lawn will need for the season. Along with proper water and mowing, you will see the turf quality at its peak.
Spring - Slow release, balanced fertilizer, per-emergent crabgrass control and broadleaf weed control as needed.
Early Summer - Slow release balanced fertilizer, broadleaf weed control as needed.
Summer - Slow release balanced fertilizer, broadleaf, crabgrass and Nutsedge controls as needed.
Late Summer - Slow release balanced fertilizer, broadleaf, crabgrass and nutsedge controls as needed.
Fall - Slow release balanced fertilizer, broadleaf weed control as needed.
Complete Insect Control - This is a preventative service to control surface insects (chinch bugs, billbugs, fleas and ticks) for the summer time and grubs season long.
Lime - Help to maintain ph.

The process of removing thousands of cores from the soil structure creating space for nutrient exchange and soil left on top will help to naturally decay thatch.
Lawn Renovation/Seeding
The combination of core aeration and slice seeding (cutting grooves through soil and dropping seed in) can be the most cost effective way to seed a lawn.
